Psychotherapy & Counselling

I am a Psychotherapist (TIRP Dip. Candidate) working in Toronto, I work with couples and adults in individual psychotherapy and new or expecting parents.

My passion in helping people has always been a big part of my life.

In early 2005, I started working in the not-for-profit sector where I worked with organizations to bring awareness and funding.  It was important for me to make a difference in any way I could.

With a background in Psychology and a Business degree in hand, in 2009, I decided to train at the Toronto Institute of Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP). An intensive three-year training in Relational Psychotherapy.

Though I work in various fields of therapy, my speciality lies working with people around understanding themselves, being more self aware and their relationship with others.  I do this by working with my clients in discovering patterns, understanding their organizing principals and themselves with others.

Relationships are also a key part of my practice as I work with both individuals and couples on how to be in healthier and stronger relationships.

I am Member of The Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).
